By placing an order with our company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions below:

Article 1: When placing an order, please provide complete information including name, address, email, phone number, etc.
– This information is mandatory; customers must provide complete information so that we can serve you in the best way possible.
– Cases with incomplete or inaccurate information will not be processed.

Article 2: The company reserves the right to accept or refuse reprinting if you encounter any of the following situations.

Cases requiring reprinting or compensation:
– The client approved the content, but the final product has incorrect content or blurry text compared to the approved sample.
– The customer approved the color, but the finished product is the wrong color.
– The printed product does not meet the printing specifications, such as: incorrect size, incorrect lamination, etc.
– Customers’ printed products may experience issues such as getting wet, moldy, or wrinkled during storage or transportation by Alona staff.

Cases where reprinting or compensation is not provided:
– The customer approved the content incorrectly, resulting in the final printed product having incorrect content.
– Customers do not provide color samples or approve the colors before printing, resulting in color discrepancies in the finished product.
– The printed product does not meet the printing specifications, but the problem can be fixed using technical methods.
– Customers’ printed products may experience problems such as getting wet, moldy, or wrinkled during customer delivery and transportation at shipping depots.

Article 3: We are not responsible for or will refuse orders that violate the following provisions:
– Providing false personal information or intentionally spamming.
– Absolutely no printed content that propagates, opposes, or distorts the government and is related to politics is permitted.

Article 4: Absolutely no programs, tools, or other methods shall be used to interfere with the system or alter the data structure.

Article 5:
– All customer personal information will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to outside parties. We do not sell or exchange this information with any third party.
– As mentioned above, all member registration information will be kept confidential, but in the event that law enforcement agencies request it, we will be obligated to provide this information to them.
